How We Met
One day at work, Asia and Bakari were introduced to each other through a good friend. Bakari was planning to move to Huntsville, AL and Asia was planning to continue to live her best life in Woodbridge, VA. As time went on, the two began to see each other everyday, have good conversations, became great friends, started whispering sweet nothings in each other’s ears and officially became a couple on January 1, 2021.
The Proposal
On January 1, 2023, Bakari asked Asia to marry him. It was intimate, lovely, personable and idyllic. Bakari wanted to ask Asia on the same day the couple decided to begin their relationship. At that moment, the couple decided they wanted to be together for the rest of their lives.
