What's the best way to get to the venue?

Frederick, MD is a rural area. While it's great for scenic views, it's not so great for public transportation. Depending on where you're coming from into the DMV/Baltimore area, it made be possible to take the Amtrak or MARC train closer to the hotel & venue. We've listed some options below: From Union Station (Washington, DC) From Penn Station (Baltimore) From Moynihan Train Hall at Penn (NYC) to Frederick Municipal Airport (FDK) OR Frederick, MD - Transit Center/MARC Station FDK is a 12minute drive from the hotel; 12 minute drive from the venue MARC station is a 13 minutes drive from the hotel; 17 minutes from the venue

How will we get from the hotel to the ceremony?

While we're sure there will be plenty of generous locals willing to offer to car pool, once we receive final headcount, we will organize additional transportation to the ceremony. Do not fret!

Yes! While we do recommend staying in our hotel block at SpringHill Suites Frederick, there are other hotels nearby we will list below: Hampton Inn & Suites Frederick-Fort Detrick (13 minutes from venue) Comfort Inn Red Horse Frederick (15 minutes from venue)

What should I wear?

Dress to impress! We want everyone to look and feel their best. We do recommend you consider that early September can be quite warm and the bulk of the function will take place on outdoor surfaces (e.g. grass, cobblestone, brick paths)

You are welcome to bring cards and envelopes to the reception, but please see our registry for all other gifts. We'd prefer not to carry too much on the Amtrak home! lol
