It all began when a friend of Ashley's invited her to a birthday party in July 2017, which ended up being where Lukas lived in Stevenson Ranch, California. I (Lukas) was making some drinks in the kitchen, when suddenly, Ashley walked through the front door - I could not keep my eyes off her and knew that she was the one for me. We both lounged under the stars our first night together and at that very moment, I (Ashley), knew Lukas was the soulmate of my dreams. We have not left each other's side since that moment. Just after a few months of being together, we moved into a tiny studio apartment in Canoga Park, California. It wasn't the nicest place to be, but we learned so much about one another. We took what we had in that moment as motivation to grow together as a team. We found our dog, Layla, in May of 2018 and eventually moved to a slightly larger apartment in Downtown Los Angeles. When COVID hit, we decided to move across the country to Lukas' family home in Clemson, South Carolina. After a couple of years, we found the city of Greenville about 40 minutes north, where we fell more in love with each other and the city we now call home.

On August 14th, 2023, we just came back from visiting Ashley's Mom and Dad in California. Lukas asked Ashley if she would be up for a date night - we decided on a lovely restaurant over looking the falls in Downtown Greenville. Lukas and Ashley were walking across the bridge above the falls and taking some selfies, where Lukas went down to one knee. Ashley was crying tears of joy when she said YES! We now welcome you all to the future Taylor family! We can't wait for all of you to celebrate this special day with us!
