Our wedding colors are red and gold to celebrate The Year of the Dragon! This event is aloha-attire business casual, but feel free to where what is comfortable (except for a wedding dress). There are some hills and grassy areas to get to the Hula Mound, so we suggest to avoid 6-inch heels. The banquet hall will have air-conditioning :-) !

Not exactly! There will be multiple coolers for alcohol, mocktails, juice/soda, and water. Alcohol is first come, first serve. We'll do our best to keep those coolers full! You must consume the alcoholic beverages within the Banquet Hall. Security will ensure all alcoholic beverages stay off park property once you leave Banquet Hall.
We recommend you do not as He'eia State Park is a conversation site with strict rules on littering, especially smoking and vaping. There is a designated area within the Banquet hall if you absolutely need a smoke!

He'eia State Park is open to the public from 9am-5pm. Since the public is allowed to park during these hours, we recommend to show up at least an hour before the ceremony to secure a parking stall and walk around the property. Ceremony starts at 4pm, so we encourage you to arrive anywhere from 2:30pm to 3:00pm.
Currently, we are planning to have the ceremony outdoors at the "Hula Mound" and the reception/cocktail hour indoors within Banquet Hall. Both which are not too far from one another.
A feast! We are arranging a local-style buffet.
Overall, we will do our best to accommodate your restrictions with the buffet we have in mind. If there are any food requests to add specifically due to your restrictions, please contact us personally.

The absolute deadline for RSVP is December 1, 2023. However, the earlier you RSVP, the better we can get a headcount.
