What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony starts at 5:30pm, you can arrive between 30 minutes to an hour early but please try to be there no later than 5:15 so you can get to the ceremony area and sit down.

When does the event end?

Our event must end and all guests be gone by 11:00 PM to comply with Spalding County sound ordinances and in order to allow for clean-up and closure of the site by 12:00 AM.

Please respond if attending our wedding is in your cards by September 15th.

Where can we park?

Answer

Parking is available at the designated areas of the complex (gravel and grass areas). The venue can accommodate the Handicapped with an accessible drop off point in front of the studio warehouse. Parking is not permitted on the main driveway or on any access drive to a venue building. Sanctuaire Atelier is not responsible for theft, damage, or any valuables left in vehicles on the premises.

Is there a dress code?

Relax & casual dress code, no jeans or t-shirt. The color scheme is red roses, sun flowers and boho/ earthy colors. You can look up references/ ideas on google for what to wear. Please refrain from wearing any type of white dresses.

Can I bring an extra guest?

Answer

Unfortunately, you may not bring an extra guest. Spacing is limited and we have already done a head count; if you bring a plus not on the head count, you will pay the fee.

Are children welcome?

We respectfully request no children at the wedding due to limited headcount and this is an adults only event.

Will drinking be permitted?

Answer

Yes, adult beverages will be available for guest to enjoy. Please drink responsibly and know your limit.

Will smoking be permitted?

Answer

Sanctuaire Atelier has a designated smoking area on the outside patio lower level. No smoking allowed inside the studio warehouse or the cottage at Sanctuaire Atelier.

Can we pick some of the flowers at the venue to bring home?

Answer

Please do not pick any flowers on the venue property, a fee will be applied for guest who do not abide by ground policy and rules in place by venue.

Can I carry a concealed firearm?

Answer

Firearms are NOT permitted on the property. Thank you for respecting and understanding the venue’s policy.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There is a few taxi drivers you can call, Uber, or Lyft but it is your responsibility if you choose to use this method.
