How We Met
Before we begin our story, we just want to mention that we met at the greatest place anyone could meet at: Barry's Pub. We give all the credit to our handsome officiant, Jake Carr. So, let’s talk about the first date. It was definitely our first big adventure together - going river tubing, getting lost on the river, then spending the next couple of hours hiking back through the dark woods. After finally finding the car around midnight (we started our float at 1pm), we stopped at McDonalds, shoving quarter pounders and fries in our mouth acting as if we haven’t ate in months. Romantic, right? We would love to say that the second date was a lot better, but we would be lying. We’ll save that story for another time. Now the third date was the winner - like they always say, third time is the charm. We stayed up until 4am talking all night, eating raviolis and bonding over the same type of music. Fast forward to only 5 months later, we decided to take an adventure of a life-time (a much better adventure than the first date); a three month cross country road trip. It was filled with many laughs, experiences, and a trip where we both fell madly in love with each other. After our road trip we came home to start our own businesses, got our dog Honey, and got engaged! With all the crazy adventures we've had in the past 3 years, our greatest one yet will be spending forever with each other. We can’t wait to celebrate our big day with you! Let the count down begin!

Shuttle From The Main Hotel To The Ceremony
June 22, 2024 2:15 pm - 10:15 pm
There will only be one shuttle that will transport guests from the main hotel Fairfield Inn & Suites to Succop Nature Park. The hotel shuttle will pick the hotel guests up at 2:15pm. DO NOT miss it. It can be hard to order ubers from the hotel to the venue. If you are NOT staying at the hotel, there will also be a 40-passenger shuttle that will be picking guests up at 2:15pm in the larger parking lot at Shooters Golf. You will be able to park your cars there and ride that shuttle to Succop.

What to wear?
Answer
Dress in cocktail attire. Ex: semi-formal attire, where your look should be elegant yet comfortable. In general, cocktail dresses, suits, and ties are the stars of the moment. Wearing bright, colorful, fun dresses or suits are encouraged! Please no jeans, jean shorts, cargo pants, cargo shorts or tennis shoes. Are kids allowed?
Answer
While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us. It will be ages 21 and above.

Will the wedding ceremony + reception be outdoors?
Answer
the answer is yes to both! If you get too hot, everyone will have indoor access to the mansion on the property. There are bathrooms located inside the mansion + outdoors near the reception pavilion. The venue is also handicap accessible.

What happens after the Ceremony?
Answer
IT'S TIME TO KEEP THE PARTY GOING!! We will have shuttle buses to take all of the guests to Shooters Golf in Wexford.

Is there parking? is it free?
Answer
There will be more than enough parking at the venue + it is free! If you are staying at the hotel, there will be shuttle buses that are available to take you to the venue. Side note: if you are driving to the wedding and you leave your car over night, please be back before 10 am to pick up your vehicle

Can I take post pictures of the wedding on social media?
Answer
Yes, we encourage guests to post pictures on to their social media accounts BUT we have one request- please put your phones away during the ceremony.
