We remember when we first met... Summer school in 3rd grade. However, we didn't actually become friends until our 5th grade year, though we still weren't as close. Our friendship really began in junior high. In 8th grade we began to realize that we had become best friends. We told each other everything. We did our homework together. We went to ball games together. We did track together and always sat next to eachother. We always wanted to be together somehow. Finally, the summer of Freshman year, we were finally "going out"! And now, here we are today, quickly approaching marriage; our life together as one. June 19th, we will celebrate our 5 year dating anniversary. It has been such an adventure with multiple ups, downs, lefts, and rights, but we would not change a single thing about it. Not very many people can say that they get to spend the rest of their life with their best friend. We are truly blessed by God and grateful for His faithfulness and love!

For Christmas, we decided to go on a shopping spree instead of buying each other gifts. We would much rather be with each other and get to buy each other gifts while shopping, talking and enjoying lunch. So, on January 2nd, we did just that. We had a great day with just the two of us! After our day, we set off to go to a basketball game 2 hours away. On the way, there is a place that we had been to before one time: Lover's Leap. Over the last few years, we had made a few attempts to find it and see it for ourselves, because of Ozark the Netflix Series being filmed there. We finally found it on the second attempt. So as we were passing through, we decided to make a stop there and soak in the gorgeous view. You can probably guess what happened next!
