Absolute Nightmare

I only gave two stars so this review would hopefully get seen more and warn as many people as possible. I would give zero stars if I could. When looking for a videographer, Ryan Hender seemed like a really great choice. Most if not all of the reviews on wedding wire and Zola are very positive and the price is great. When we booked we paid in full which meant we were guaranteed to have our video back 60 days after our wedding day. Ryan completely ghosted us and we could not get in contact with him no matter what we tried. I text, called, emailed three different emails, and even messaged on Instagram and nothing. When it got to be over a month past when we were supposed to have our video and we still hadn’t heard anything, I started to feel desperate. I messaged multiple people who had liked his latest Instagram post (which he posted after our wedding video was due) and someone got back to me. This person messaged him on Facebook and he finally called me back. He gave excuses and gaslit me but he finally sent the video. I watched the first two minutes and they looked good, but after that the video was a complete mess. He never finished it. There were sections that were completely black for 30-45 seconds. A clip of our family had a blue error message over it. There were barely any clips of my husband and I together. I am so disappointed and heart broken. I can’t believe what it took to finally get a response from this man. Do not do not do not book him. You can find more reviews on yelp and google of people who had similar experiences to mine. Please please do not book this man
