I don't know where to start. Honestly heartbroken I hired them as my vendor. First of all it is not clear that they generally hire inexperienced photographers and don't appear to have a unified team that they work with. These photographers just have availability and must be on the cheaper side of things with minimal wedding experience. The photos themselves were lacking. They do give you the raw images so I got every single photo, but our photographer didnt seem to take time to set up or plan a shot. Frequently poorly balanced, framed and crocked or off to the side. THEN the experience of getting my edited photos was the most painful process I have ever gone through. They kept telling me they had uploaded all the raw photos and there were still HOURS missing. I had to tell them four times I was still missing portions of my photos. They clearly do not communicate with the photographer after the event at all. The team of editors have zero attention to detail and look like they just use the auto adjust on adobe. When all the raw photos were finally uploaded they told me they had edited all my photos. There are still at least two hours missing at this point. The edited photos they did upload seemed to be poorly balanced and the white balance would change dramatically between photos and not improve. Some edited photos were still crocked or blurry and not in an intentional way. They are super slow to respond and never answer the phone as well so communication is like pulling teeth. After this many issues you would think they would double check that they edited all the photos or call me to smooth out the issues, but no. If I had a chance to do it over I think i would book my friend with an iphone over them
