Do you film destination weddings?

Definitely! While we’re based in Dunbar, WV, we’re available for destination weddings worldwide. We’re happy to come to your city for an additional fee to cover the cost of travel and reasonable accommodations.

Do you film elopements?

Absolutely. Reach out anytime to ask about our special pricing for elopements! Please note your elopement must have fewer than 10 total guests.

Question 3

How far in advance should we book you for our wedding?

Once you know your wedding date, we recommend reaching out as soon as possible about our availability. We film a limited number of weddings every year to ensure our couples receive the highest quality service, so our calendar typically fills up months in advance.

Do you have insurance?

Accepted Answer

Yes! We’re happy to send a copy of our certificate of liability insurance to your venue or any other vendors upon request.

Question 5

Can you still film our outdoor wedding if it rains on our wedding day?

Accepted Answer

Mostly depends if its lite rain or snow I can but only one camera. Unfortunately, we cannot film outdoors in heavy rain or other inclement weather conditions like heavy snow and hail. If it's an extremely hot day, we will wear casual shorts, but still look professional.

Who will edit our wedding video?

All footage we film is edited in-house by me, I do have a few videographers who film weddings for me, All about videographers are very capable and just as good as me but regardless of the videographer you get, the editing of your film is the most important part!

Question 7

Can you do a same-day edit?

Accepted Answer

We’re happy to offer a same-day edit for an additional fee. After your ceremony, one of your videographers will work with an editor on set to put together your same-day edit. You will get the first 3 to 5 minutes of your wedding film by the reception time and the rest of your film will be done at a later date. the film will consist of the prep ceremony and maybe some of the photo sessions. you will have to get with me so that we can discuss in detail on how we will pull this off.

Can anyone else see our wedding video?

Accepted Answer

No, we’ll send a private link to share your final wedding video with you. Only people with that link will be able to see your video. Once you approve the video and ready to share it we will make the video public, if you decide that you do not want your video to be public just let us know and we will be happy to keep it private.

Question 9

How many videographers should we book for our wedding?

Accepted Answer

All of our wedding packages include at least one videographers. If you’re having a larger wedding with 100 or more guests, we recommend booking an additional videographer to ensure we’re able to capture every moment of your special day. However most of our weddings have been done with one videographer we rarely have to have two videographers, but we do have a couple other packages where we can add on a videographer or just add on an assistant. Having an assistant is almost as good as having a second videographer.
