We pride ourselves in delivering you innovative and cinematic visuals.     From the very first video chat, Borrero's Visuals felt like true professionals. Their communication via phone, email, and video was always prompt, clear, and helpful as we planned for our wedding day. On the day itself, their presence was amazing - they drove up the San Bernardino mountain to capture our ceremony, and their use of drone footage and two videographers created such memorable videos that we watch over and over. Borrero's Visuals delivered three beautifully edited videos to us very quickly after the wedding, and they managed to capture every special moment while still being fun and personable. Their price is also amazing. We were up in the air about getting a videpgrapher for the price but they were 100% worth it and it was very affordable. We always talk about how happy we were to hire this team. We are thrilled with the quality of their work and the exceptional value they provided.

    From the very first interaction, Borrero's Visuals stood out as a talented and reliable wedding videography team. Their communication throughout the planning process was exceptional, and they were so easy to work with leading up to the big day. On the wedding day itself, their creative and thorough approach helped capture every special moment, but they still felt very fly on the wall, from the getting ready shots to the reception dancing. We weren't initially sure we wanted a videographer, but we are so glad we booked Borrero's Visuals - they were a supportive, hype team that helped make our day even more memorable, and the quality of their work is truly excellent. We highly recommend them to any couple looking for a videography team that will go above and beyond.

    I’m not even sure where to begin. Hiring Borreros Visuals as our photographer for our wedding was a huge mistake. Our wedding took place in October 2022, and to this day, I haven’t shown anyone our pictures or framed any of them because the quality is awful. The photos are grainy and blurry—honestly, the pictures my guests sent me are of better quality. The video was nice, but the photos were terrible, and I don’t feel like he captured the best moments either. I was especially looking forward to framing our guest photos, but those turned out to be the worst ones. You wait months to get the photos, only to receive a product that you paid for looking like this. It’s insulting. The reason I’m writing this review now is that someone recently asked to see the photos, so I decided to look at them again. I hadn’t checked them since receiving them a few months after the wedding. I did reach out to Brandon and asked if he could resend them in better quality, but he told me those were the best he had. As the photographer, shouldn’t he have addressed the lighting issues or been better prepared for the job? I’ve attached a photo of what he sent me so others can judge the quality of his work. It doesn’t resemble anything in his portfolio. Does anyone know if I have any legal recourse?
