I would highly recommend the Willow for any and all events. We had our wedding there September of 2019. From the beginning Francesca went above and beyond to always keep us informed and to help make our vision come true. As a stressed bride she helped keep me on track with what needed done and was my peace of mind that everything was going to be great. The day of the rehearsal dinner and wedding her and the whole staff were phenomenal, always friendly and checking in with my husband and I and made sure that everything ran smoothly. The food was absolutely amazing, a year later we still have people praising how great the food was! Choosing the Willow was the best thing we did and we will be forever grateful to them!

You may bring in your own wine only. We charge $15/per standard 750 ml. bottle.

Willow management to be notified up to 10 days prior to avoid cancellation charge of $500.

A food and beverage minimum is required to reserve any of our private dining rooms prior to tax (7%) and gratuity (20%).

Due to the intimacy of our spaces , DJ or live bands with amplifications are not permitted. A Curated Spotify playlist may be played at your event with approval from management.

Absolutely! We allow for up to 2 hours prior to the event for decorating the room to your liking. We respectfully request that you refrain from using confetti or glitter and taping anything to our walls. Removal of all decorations is the responsibility of the client. Delivery arrangements need to be coordinated in advance and made during business hours.

You can work with any outside vendors as long as they fit within the food/beverage policies. We are happy to recommend suggested vendors including florists, bakeries, photographers, etc.

Please notify the events manager if your guests have any food allergies or restrictions. Menu selections can be prepared gluten-free with the exception of pasta dishes. We are happy to provide vegetarian and vegan options as well.

All private events include: white table linens, white napkins, and votives. Plated and buffet menus include bread service and non alcoholic beverages.
