About this venue
The Westin Chicago Northwest is THE wedding venue in Chicagoland. This 14-story hotel features a modern, atrium-style design and is nestled amidst picturesque grounds that include a fountain lake and scenic willow trees. Inside, our couples can host a refined reception in any one of spacious ballrooms or climate controlled Lakeside Pavilion. You can exchange vows under a willow tree with seating overlooking the lakes and fountains, have cocktail hour on the terrace or the stunning space characterized by marble floors and high ceilings that create an abundance of natural light. The Billowy Lakeside Pavilion is draped ceiling voile, Georgian-style window paneling. Inside the hotel, the Abricot, Gallery, and Grand Ballrooms boast luxury interiors and a mix of vintage and contemporary chandeliers. We host approx 80-120 weddings per year and for over 40 years, the experienced staff has curated luxury events for their our guests and look forward to making your dream day a reality!

This space has 19' ceilings and silk screen walls and offers an outdoor lawn area for ceremonies. It can comfortably seat up to 200 guests with a dance floor and also a great location for other events like sangeets, rehearsal dinners, farewell brunches etc.

All three of our packages from the Say I do to the Grand Beginnings include dinner with wedding cake, champagne toast, wine with dinner, open bar and offer additional upgrades includes sweet tables, late night snacks, bar upgrades. They also also include a head table, dance floor, white or black linens, votive candles, free parking and complimentary bridal suite for the night of the wedding with champagne

The Perfect Wedding Venue
We cannot say enough good things about our experience at The Westin Chicago Northwest! From the very beginning, we worked closely with Lori, who helped us plan the most perfect day from start to finish. Her attention to detail and support throughout the entire process made everything so easy and enjoyable. Our reception was held in their stunning lakeside pavilion, and it was everything we could have dreamed of. The venue itself was beautiful, offering the perfect atmosphere for our celebration. One of the best parts was how convenient it was for our guests, with the pavilion being connected to the hotel—it made the whole event so seamless for everyone. To top it all off, The Westin gave us a wonderful surprise gift the night of our wedding, which made us feel even more special and appreciated. It was such a thoughtful touch that added to the overall magic of the day. Overall, The Westin Chicago Northwest was the ideal wedding venue for us, and we are so grateful for Lori and the team for helping us make our day absolutely unforgettable!
