The Watergate hotel was a fantastic spot for a wedding reception! They transformed the ballroom into the perfect dance floor, served amazing food, and incorporated all the specific set-up I asked for. Our guests raved about the cocktail hour hors d'ourves. We loved the food & the tasting session they put together was amazing. We worked with Megan and Alexandra, who walked us through the different blueprints of how the entrance to our reception could be set up with our seating chart, guest book, and special memories display. It was even better than we imagined!

Yes! We have several venues that can accommodate both a ceremony and reception for up to 250 guests. If you are planning to just have your reception at The Watergate Hotel, our Grand Ballroom can host up to 300 people.

Oui Oui! Gorgeous pre-function space is located just outside the Grand Ballroom and we can offer several terraces and a rooftop bar with jaw dropping views of the city.

Glam squad to the rescue! Our associates will be happy to arrange those details in our full-service spa or your bridal suite.

A signed contract with a deposit are required. The balance based on the guaranteed guest attendance is due prior to your event via credit card or certified check.

Number of guests is required 7 days prior to your event. Final attendance cannot be lowered, but can be increased before your event. The Watergate Hotel may not be prepared to serve over the confirmed amount of guests without timely notification.
