Jackson Terminal is in the heart of Knoxville’s Old City. All Occasion Catering has always taken pride in being a thriving part of Knoxville’s social atmosphere, and being able to open up a new facility has been an amazing milestone for our company. The interior, complete with original brick walls and exposed wooden rafters, makes it a charming backdrop for any occasion. No worries, we’ll provide full-service. From gourmet dishes, spirits and liquor, and set-up to clean-up, we’ve got you and your party covered.

Yes, there is a free public lot right next to our space.
Yes, all our facilities are wheelchair accessible. We also have ramps at the main and side entrances, hearing-impaired fire alarm lights, and trained staff.
Set up, clean up, tables, chairs, equipment such as decorative tables, rolling rack décor pieces, etc.
Your reservation includes ten hours from start to finish. You are allowed a 4-hour event time following your ceremony. Any additional time will be billed at $250 per hour.
Yes, we request you get additional insurance coverage.
