About this venue
The District is a beautiful industrial-style venue with two custom-built, fully stocked, full-service, granite top bars on each level, professional audio and video technologies, seating for up to 400 guests, bride and groom changing rooms, two hotels right next door offer room blocks for your guests, highly skilled chefs to make your breakfast, lunch, or dinner unique.

Yes, all our facilities are wheelchair accessible. We also have ramps at the main entrance, hearing-impaired fire alarm lights, and trained staff.
Set up, clean up, tables, chairs, china, flatware, glassware, and linens
Your reservation includes 18 hours from start to finish, including the time it takes our staff to set up and clean up. You will have venue access from 8am - 2am. Any additional time will be billed at $100 per hour.
