    I have worked with the Terrace Bay Hotel team for over the past 20 years, and have seen first hand their dedication to customer service, transparency and working hard to ensure that every event is carried out to the couple's vision, and exceeding our mutual client's expectations. From the housekeeping staff to the front desk, their new Biggby Coffee experience to their banquet team, everyone provides friendly care to their customers. It's always a pleasure to see a couple reserve Terrace Bay Hotel for their wedding day and to get to work with their team again.
