About this venue
Hello! Thank you for considering the Marina Village Event Center as a possible destination for your next event! We were established during the summer of 2016 and have indoor and outdoor venue spaces with two being preferred waterfront spaces. We welcome weddings, bridal showers, baby showers, and so much more! Our dates do fill up rather quickly; therefore, it would be best to apply today! Once again, thank you for your consideration and we look forward to hosting your next event!

Yes, alcohol is allowed; however, the client will need to hire Riviera Beach Police Officers for security. They are $54.86 per hour, per officer. Please see below: - 0-75 Event Attendees: 1 Police Officer* - 76-250 Event Attendees: 2 Police Officers* - 251-500 Event Attendees: 3 Police Officers* *Special circumstances may require additional police officers as determined by the City.
Yes. We provide free on-site parking.
Our venue is based on hourly* pricing. The minimum amount of hours for rental of the Newcomb Hall Ballroom is 5 hours; for the Hatcher Ballroom and Gulfstream Terrace, the minimum is 3 hours. *Bicentennial Park is based on a daily rate. *The Promenade is based on a daily rate or 4-hour increments.

We use TULIP insurance, which covers liability. It is calculated into your total cost.
If you cancel your event within 60 days of your booked date, you will receive a full refund for the venue fees. If you cancel your event 30 days before your event date, you will receive a 50% refund for the venue fees. If you cancel your event less than 30 days before your event date, you will not receive a refund.
