About this venue

Piney River Ranch is open and accessible from June 21st through the last Saturday in September, and is one of Colorado’s prime wedding destinations. Beneath the Gore Range, one of Colorado’s most beautiful mountain vistas, we can accommodate up to 200 people in our wedding and event space. With two custom log pavilions, and a ceremony deck that boasts mountain views guaranteed to take your breath away, it’s no wonder couples from all over the country come here to say “I do.” The ranch is complete with six guest cabins, three glamping tents and an on-site restaurant and bar as the perfect place to entertain your guests.

Event Pavilion and Ceremony Deck

The most memorable mountain wedding!

Piney River Ranch is reserved exclusively for one event at a time. We offer a cocktail hour pavilion, a large pavilion for dinner and dancing, and a ceremony deck with unobstructed views of the Gore Mountain Range. We offer onsite catering and beverage services, as well as onsite lodging accommodations for up to 52 guests.

Included in this room:

Ten consecutive hours of rental (6 hours for your event, 3 hours for set-up, and 1 hour for clean-up), private use of the deck, wooden benches for the ceremony deck, event pavilion, adjoining cocktail pavilion, 8’ custom wood dinner tables, two getting-ready rooms, lounge furniture, 3 whiskey barrels with stools, corn hole, giant jenga and one-hour rehearsal. PRR does not provide linens, dinner napkins, plates or flatware. PRR does not offer elopements or micro-weddings.

Nestled in the heart of the mountains, this one-of-a-kind venue offers the most spectacular view, creating a truly stunning backdrop for any couple’s special day. What makes this venue even more exceptional is the team behind it. They are consistently easy to communicate with, responsive, and always go above and beyond to ensure that everything runs smoothly. Their flexibility and professionalism make the process stress-free, which is such a gift for both vendors and clients alike. As a florist, I also appreciate how this venue allows my designs to come to life in such a beautiful space. The natural light and open atmosphere create the perfect canvas for flowers and décor, enhancing the romance and elegance of every event.     We had the most amazing, magical, incredible wedding at Piney River Ranch this past July! I cannot recommend this venue enough. From touring, booking the venue, menu tasting, planning the details, to wedding day, everything was perfect! Brittany and Monique were awesome! Easy to work with, great communication and went above and beyond to make our day as special as it was. Our family and friends all had the best time as well and we even got so many compliments on how wonderful the bartenders and servers were as well. The views, lodge, cabins truly cannot be beat. We will be spending anniversaries here for the rest of our lives. Thank you Piney River Ranch!!!

    Piney is hands down the most spectacular wedding venue in Colorado. Everything from the amazing view to the marshmallow fire pit was perfect for our guests. They even set up a “canoe and cocktails” for our cocktail hour where our guests could take canoes out on the lake. It was an incredible experience. The coordinators, Brittany and Shoshana, are wonderful to work with. They were responsive and made the day stress free. Couldn’t recommend this venue more.

    The most amazing wedding venue ever! The staff at Piney was so easy to work with and made our day go so smoothly! Shoshana & Brittany were always quick to respond to questions & emails! We planned this wedding out of state and had absolutely no issues the day of! The views are absolutely breathtaking and all of our guests had nothing but amazing things to say about Piney River! The food & drinks were also great! Us and our wedding party stayed in the cabins the night of our wedding which I 1000% recommend! Waking up to the mountains and water was so beautiful and something we will always remember! We made some of our favorite memories here at Piney! The road to get there is completely worth it. We cannot wait to come back and stay for a couple of nights! We honestly have nothing but amazing things to say. We had the best wedding ever
