We feel many of your suggestions are things to consider when booking our venue. Especially, during the high season of summer. Of course, we always take the time to mention to our clients ways they can have an easier experience during the summer months when the island is busiest, to avoid traffic concerns, as much as possible. In regards to the space, we also like to mention, we do provide our clients with the ability to arrange the room as they wish to feel most comfortable with the amount of guests they have attending. However, your feedback is appreciated! In addressing your most serious concern, unfortunately, this app is not allowing us to respond fully and address the intensity of the situation mentioned in this review. Please see our appropriate and full response on the knot. The situation she mentions was a highly unsafe situation between two large gentlemen. It is not mandatory to discuss disability status with vendors, however, this information may have been helpful given how unsafe and potentially dangerous this situation could have been for them as well as others. It’s unfortunate Zola is saying we can not post our original reply. We felt we handled it as appropriately as we could, given the circumstances and information at the time. It is always our greatest interest to keep our guests and property safe from harm at all times. In saying that, addressing your concern with cameras being in the space. This is exactly why we have them. They are not in any of the private areas of the space, such as the bathrooms, bridal suite, etc. But they are in the main parts of the building. If something had happened or one of those gentlemen got hurt, and the police needed to see what happened, those cameras help protect you as well as us, to ensure accurate documentation is taken.
