Morada is an open-air wedding venue located in Joshua Tree, California. With 350 acres of untouched Mojave Desert, the estate offers soon-to-be-weds a chance to retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city. Any couple’s romantic event will be surrounded by picturesque mountain ranges and romantic sunsets during the evening, providing a stunning, photo-ready backdrop.

Morada Outdoor Space

Morada is an open-air venue located in Joshua Tree, CA. Surrounded by 350 acres of untouched Mojave Desert.

This custom-built, 1950s-style pueblo home acts as a relaxing oasis for soon-to-be-weds and their loved ones to enjoy their ceremony and reception. Just outside the main house is a 1900-square-foot lounge, where couples and their entourage can enjoy their cocktails and dinners alongside the sweeping views. A large pool and Jacuzzi are also present for you to enjoy a relaxing swim under the sun and stars.

      Morada Joshua Tree was the perfect venue for our wedding day. The staff was incredibly helpful and available to answer all of our questions throughout the planning process. The quality of their work and the overall value of the space was exceptional - the venue was a dream, with a clean, stylish, and beautifully quiet atmosphere that provided the perfect backdrop for our special day.       The Morada was the absolute perfect venue for our Joshua Tree wedding. Hunter and Devon have gone above and beyond not only in the design and amenities built into the space, but they are proactive in assisting with any concerns and have maintained great relationships with the other local vendors which made for seamless drop off and pickup of rentals and guests. The venue itself is beautiful and all of our guests were very impressed by how representative it is of what makes the desert so special. Even having our wedding in the summer, the shaded patio provides relief from the heat. We had 11 children at our wedding and the space was very accommodating and the surrounding land gave everyone enough area to explore. We could not have picked a better venue and wish we could relive our time at Morada over and over again.

      We had our wedding over Memorial Day Weekend at the Morada. It was spectacular and all the planning leading up to it was flawless. The grounds are so well maintained and it was lovely to stay at the property throughout the events. Highly recommend for anyone who wants something beautiful, unique, and memorable.
