While the venue at L'Auberge de Sedona was absolutely beautiful and the food was amazing, the communication and planning process left much to be desired, if you get a response at all it will takes weeks to months. The serving and set up staff were wonderful, but the sales and planning team was less than stellar. They did not have an event coordinator position filled for 3 months, so we had to work with a temporary coordinator which caused some hiccups. Additionally, they tried to nickel and dime us on every little thing, and even changed their lighting policy just 1 month before our wedding. Overall, the venue itself is gorgeous, but the poor communication and extra fees made the planning process more stressful than it needed to be.
