Our pre-function area is ideal for welcome receptions, let our wedding planner assist you with all details. Plan your ceremony in one ballroom and have the reception in Lindbergh Ballroom. Our meeting and events space is located in one area just a few steps from the hotel's main entrance. Complimentary same day garage parking with in/out privilege for guests attending your event. Yes, free parking for guests attending wedding. $22 for overnight guests. In/out privilege for all guests parked in the garage.

Yes, all our facilities are wheelchair accessible. We also have ramps at the main and side entrances, hearing-impaired fire alarm lights, and trained staff.

Set up, clean up, tables, chairs, china, flatware, glassware, and linens. Fee shown is per person depending on menu selection.

We are located 3 miles NW of O'Hare, we provide complimentary shuttle service to/from O'Hare 24/7 every 30 minutes.

No, our venue is fully insured. We only require insurance for weddings that bring their own catering (outside catering allowed for South Asian weddings).

We only allow outside catering for South Asian Weddings. There is a fee of $35.00 per person to bring your food. Hotel must provide bar service.

Your reservation includes six hours from start to finish, including the time it takes our staff to set up and clean up. Any additional time will be billed at $200 per hour.

Booking fees for our facilities, and all payments made including deposits, are non-refundable. If you cancel your event within 90 days of your booked date, we’ll bill you the full amount of all estimated charges.

We provide complimentary shuttle to/from O'Hare airport; 24/7 every 30 minutes. However, we are only 3 miles from O'Hare taxies and ride services are easy available.
