    Over the past 5 years, I’ve had the pleasure of planning and coordinating numerous events at the Hilton Universal Hotel. As an event planner, it’s essential that venue teams work collaboratively to ensure a seamless and successful production, and the Hilton Universal consistently delivers. Their staff has a truly team oriented mindset and is always ready to jump in and assist wherever needed. In the months leading up to each event, Anthony always provides excellent support to not only our mutual clients but to my teams needs as well. he’s always readily available to answer questions, meet for site visits, and goes above and beyond to ensure my clients’ vision is not only understood but truly feasible within the space. I always look forward to working with the Banquet event staff and the Banquet captains on event days! Regardless of whether an event is running perfectly to plan or if we’re running into setbacks, the Hilton staff and Banquet captains give their 100% to ensure a memorable experience for all those attending. I consistently recommend the Hilton Universal to clients seeking a polished, professional, and well-executed event experience, and I always look forward to working alongside Anthony and the banquet captains on each production.

    My husband and I got married here on October 26th, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. The venue was stunning, and the staff were incredibly kind, professional, and responsive.
