Step into an exquisite 1930s penthouse renovated to elevate its Art Deco style into the modern age. From the original terrazzo staircase and the art collection featuring Ming Dynasty vases to the private rooftop terraces, every space exudes style. Commanding over 4,000 square feet at the tallest residential point in the city, the penthouse has hosted some of St. Louis’ most notorious figures since the 1930s.

Description

Lounge in the skyline the night before your wedding with your bridal party (up to 10) and then get ready in our luxurious space the next morning. Photography is welcome. Pricing starts at $2,250 with an additional overnight stay following your wedding day available for just $500.

Description

These make a great addition to our bridal suite package and allow the wedding party to have one rental location that can satisfy all of their needs. Pricing for elopements start at $1,500 and receptions start at $2,500, based on 4-8 hour time slots.

    I got engaged in 2021 and immediately started wedding planning. Soon after, we decided to elope! I wanted something small but luxurious and I feel so lucky to have discovered The Gatsby Penthouse in STL! Josh was so kind and responded quickly if I had any questions during my stay. The place itself was immaculate. The 360 views of STL were breathtaking, and our ceremony was absolutely perfect! Thank you Gould Holdings for allowing us to create such special memories in your space! We will be back!

    Gould Holdings provides breathtaking backdrops to any event, or serves as an indescribable getaway right here in St. Louis. The locations are more fulfilling than a five star hotel such as The Four Seasons. Aside from being surrounded by the skyline, the Gould Holdings staff is extremely easy and pleasing to work with as all of my expectations were exceeded all around!
