The Palomino conference room offers a more business forward experience. Designed for very intimate groups of 10-40 people, it offers the opportunity of business conferences, small receptions and private dinners. Food and beverage service are available, as with all of our event spaces.

Valencia, our private dining room located next to Bolero Restaurante, is an ideal setting for a wine-paired dinner or midday lunch-and-learn. This space provides complete privacy for your work meeting or luncheon. This is our private dining room. Designed for intimate seatings and private affairs. At 377 sqft. it can feel roomy without being overpowering, and cozy without feeling cramped. This space is ideally suited for rehearsal dinners, corporate events, bridal showers and any gathering that is looking for a fun and unique space with full food and beverage services.

The Barcelona barrel room is an authentic Spanish-style building complete with vaulted ceilings, plenty of natural light and the pleasing perfume of beautifully aged wine. This well-designed space can be easily adjusted to best fit the size and function of your party, and is a setting your guests won’t soon forget. It consists of 2 contiguous rooms the Barrel Room (957sq’) and the Fermentation Room (580sq’) totaling 1537 square feet. Bolero is a working winery and guests will enjoy the rustic, industrial but intriguing, feeling of the barrels and tanks.

The Gran Reserva Patio offers the unique opportunity of expanding into an outside space. This allows your guests to experience the outstanding air and weather of the Temecula Wine Country in their own private space. The 438 square foot patio offers beautiful views and privacy. The additional space can be set with outside dining or used for a pre-reception area. Surrounded by vineyards and impeccable landscaping your guests will feel transported and appreciate the thoughtfulness of offering both interior and exterior options within the same space.

La Tana Vienza, our Italian wine cave, is an event setting straight out of a storybook. Beautiful, rounded ceilings and a tree root-inspired chandelier create a feeling of an enchanted old-world wine cellar. As guests continue inside, barrel rooms to the east and west provide idyllic venues for a private dining party or corporate meeting, while the expansive main cavern creates a flawless backdrop for your wedding ceremony, company mixer or client reception.

Nestled amongst the vines, this landscape is an ideal outdoor wedding venue. For those looking for a picturesque vineyard setting for their ceremony, The Wedding Lawn at C’est la Vie offers a fresh, European take on more traditional winery settings.

If you’re looking for something unique, La Terraza de Barcelona is a one-of-a-kind space. This venue actually functions as Bolero’s crush pad, providing the ambience of wine making surrounded by wine tanks of our aromatic vintages.

La Terraza is the perfect enclosed, outdoor setting for your event. With its interior treescape and open-aired ceiling your guests will feel the cool, tranquility of a garden in a robust environment. The fireplace at the north-end is designed for lounging and enjoying some small talk and a glass of wine, while the open space allows for dining and mingling. This 1900 sqft. space is conducive to multiple styles of gatherings including wedding receptions, birthday parties, anniversary events, holiday gatherings and corporate functions.

Our Tuscan-style open-air terrace is a gorgeous venue for your group to take in the scenic beauty of Southern California wine country. The il Terraza Vienza is a picture-perfect area for hosting a cocktail reception, company meet and greet or sophisticated outside dinner party.

La Plaza, our beautiful outdoor courtyard, combines the beauty of Spanish architecture with a modern alfresco event space. La Plaza is the perfect backdrop for any company mixer, awards dinner, or gala.

This private, member’s tasting room can be reserved for special events. The nearly 1020 square feet of space allows for casual gathering for cocktail parties up to 110 people. The vaulted ceiling and large windows give a feeling of spaciousness while maintaining a cozy, intimate experience. The space creates an ambiance that draws one into long conversations and enjoyable libations. Gran Reserva is conducive to cocktail events, corporate parties, conference space and wedding or dinner functions.

The jewel of Bolero—our tapas style restaurant features both indoor and outdoor dining areas designed with exotic, Spanish flair. The restaurant features a private dining space, enclosed by large, arched pocket doors. This exclusive area has its own entrance for guests and private access for service.

The Veranda is an excellent event space for both social and professional events—day or night. Its subtle old-world accents surrounded by beautiful vineyards make the Veranda an idyllic open-air venue.

The Cave is an indoor space with a look and feels that is uniquely its own. Soft, curved architecture, beautiful chandelier accents and overhead draping make this space ideal for classroom sessions and banquets alike.

La Sala de Vino (tasting room) with its cool plastered walls, towering ceiling at 28’ and impressive bar space can be utilized, additionally, as an event space. The location of La Sala de Vino allows you to expand to the Gran Reserva and the Gran Reserva Patio (members tasting room-1468 sqft,) or to utilize with La Plaza (2268 sqft.) or simply by itself (1700 sqft). This allows you the flexibility to design an event that is exclusively yours with the space to handle your guests in comfort and style.
