The Crystal Ballroom on Lake Melva was the perfect venue for our special day! Alberto, Aeisha and Ashley were extremely prompt, efficient and helpful in all of our communications leading up to the wedding. They brought my vision to life with their beautiful, luxurious space featuring stylish indoor and outdoor areas. They gave a fresh, creative spin on their setup that took everything to the next level. I felt truly seen and valued as a client - they made my wedding feel uniquely special. From start to finish it was an absolute pleasure working with their team and I would happily relive the experience a thousand times over if I could. Crystal Ballroom at Lake Melva was the the perfect venue from start to finish. All the staff was great to work with Alberto, Aiesha, Naz, Ashley etc. Had my dream wedding with no complaints about the venue. Happy customer.
