The Cortez Elks Lodge #1789 is a one of a kind situated on The Conquistador Golf Course is an 18 hole par 72 championship golf course with rolling hills, large trees, water and Million Dollar view of the La Plata Mountains and Mesa Verde. We are a all- in - one Venue space with a large capacity dinning hall, dance floor, indoor and outdoor spaces, even a full Bar. Yes, all our facilities are wheelchair accessible. We also have ramps at the main and side entrances, hearing-impaired fire alarm lights, and trained staff.
Set up, clean up, trash removal, tables, chairs, china, flatware.
Your reservation includes six hours from start to finish, including the time it takes our staff to set up and clean up. Any additional time will be billed at $200 per hour.
Booking fees for our facilities, and all payments made including deposits, are non-refundable. If you cancel your event within 40 days of your booked date, we’ll bill you the full amount of all estimated charges.
Our building is located 15 min drive from Cortez Municipal Airport. You can reach our venue by private car or taxi. Call if you need help with transportation booking.
