We are a collective of seasoned event professionals specializing in producing and designing aesthetic individual or corporate events and holiday decor. Our offerings include full or partial event planning, coordination, execution, and custom concepts for holiday decorations. An in-house team of floral designers can accommodate custom event requests and installations. PTC maintains a vast inventory of vintage tableware and event rentals, which are regularly leveraged to clients looking to elevate their events.

We design artfully curated high-touch events and designs, without engaging in overused concepts and ideas. Our love for whimsical detailing, incorporating custom fabricated elements into our design, and imagining never- been-done-before ideas, all work on your behalf to set your event or design apart. We service the southern region of the USA and remain available for commission abroad. We support most budget sizes.

Port Town Collective exceeded all of our expectations! Their creativity and expertise were evident from our first meeting. They were incredibly organized and made sure every detail was perfect. We hosted a small wedding at our venue with Port Town Collective as the wedding planner for our couple. They were spot on with their communication, vision, attention to detail and professionalism. We are recommending them to all our couples as the GO TO planner for our event space. We are excited to team up with them again at the Inn soon!

Josh and the whole PTC Team helped make our special evening so amazing. We were celebrating our wedding (party only) and they absolutely nailed every last detail! They thoughtfully presented a great venue, beautiful menu, fun drinks and stayed respectful of our budget. They were friendly and easy to communicate with at every step, answered questions promptly, and were fantastic on the day-of the event too. Our caterer was amazing, and there was food cake leftover, which PTC thoughtfully packaged up for us and dropped at our hotel - allowing us to keep the party going at a nearby bar with friends! They thought of every detail and we were beyond thrilled. We received so many compliments. Use Josh and PTC for your event - they will NOT disappoint!!

Couples typically spend about 150-300 hours working with PTC over the course of their engagement, depending on the level of service they choose. The "typical" amount of time can vary, but for full-service planning, this often includes meetings, venue visits, vendor coordination, and communication through phone calls and emails. For partial planning or month-of coordination, the time commitment is usually less, ranging from 50-100 hours.

Currently, we focus on one wedding per day or weekend to ensure our full attention is on making your event perfect.
