Following my dreams of working in the wedding industry, I was inspired to create something that allowed me to connect to people and inspire magical moments. My time as a bridal stylist for Anya Bridal Warehouse sparked my passion for working closely with engaged couples, along with my experience in event planning in college. Based in Atlanta, GA, Liv In The Moment Events was established in 2020 with the goal of making every event a moment clients will never forget.

I am a certified wedding planner with The Bridal Society, the nation’s leading wedding certification organization. I also hold a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Communications, so I pride myself on making genuine connections with people, especially clients and vendors. I make it a priority to get to know my clients personally in the wedding planning process because it makes a difference in how we communicate and how I can ensure they have the Big Day of their dreams.

From getting to know you and your vision of The Big Moment to managing your budget, finding your dream wedding venue and establishing your team of wedding vendors, this package allows you to celebrate your love and leave the hard work to us.		You’re ready for The Big Moment, but you just need a little help to get there. Month-of coordination is for the couple who has everything planned but doesn’t want to worry about a thing on their Big Day. We will review and finalize every detail leading up to your wedding day and ensure a smooth, unforgettable day.

Olivia was on top of everything from day one. She was so organized and professional. She worked so hard before and during the wedding to make sure that I had what I needed and that the couple was served well. If you are working with her you won’t have to worry about a thing. 10/10 would recommend. She is fantastic!

Liv In the Moment Events is available to help clients celebrate all the magical moments in life including engagement parties, bridal showers, baby showers, birthday parties and more. We also have experience planning proposals even before weddings.

I am the lead wedding and event planner at Liv In The Moment Events. I have a team of assistant planners that help throughout the planning process and assist me on wedding and event days to ensure the day runs smoothly.

Ideally, I like to focus on one wedding a weekend to give my couples my undedicated time to ensure their Big Day is everything they've dreamed of. But, I am open and have planned a wedding and another milestone event like a birthday party in the same weekend.

I always suggest to couples to start planning a wedding at least a year in advance if possible. If you book my company for the full-planning package, we start working with you at the very beginning and include monthly touch points and a guided checklist to ensure every part of the process is done in a timely manner. For month-of planning/coordination services, I still recommend reaching out at least 4 months in advance so that we can get to know each other and I understand where you are in the planning process. I don't believe in "day-of" coordination, so either way, we'd spend at minimum a month together leading up to your wedding.
