I am a professional organizer and interior designer. I fell in love with love while styling weddings and I wanted to offer my expertise to couples and help them timeless wedding days that are fun and intimate.

Description

With partial planning, I will step in just when you need me the most! I will finish up all of your details to make sure your wedding day is exactly as you envisioned!

For my busy, professional clients or couples that want the beautiful wedding without the headache of the planning, I am with you from day 1. I will help create and follow the budget. Select vendors and the venue if needed. I will take all of the stress out of your hands!

At the coordination level, I come in at 3 months from the wedding date and help fine tune all the details! We develop the perfect timeline and I handle vendor management from there. I will be there for rehearsal and the day of. An assistant is available for an additional price.

    Amanda has an amazing talent organizing your thoughts, events, & things. She will execute your vision perfectly. There is no such thing when it comes to a perfect event but that is why having someone like Amanda is extremely important. When things don’t go as planned you will never know because she gets things immediately back on track with her quick thinking & problem solving skills!!!! Simply the best!!!

    We had Amanda as our day of coordinator for our wedding in December 2023 and she was an absolute pleasure to work with and I feel like she stepped above and beyond with helping my vision come to life! She was so easy to work with, answered all my questions, and was really able to educate me on things I wasn’t aware of or hadn’t considered. My husband and I had just 4 months to plan everything and there’s just no way I could have done it without her help along the way! If you are trying to decide if you need a coordinator I’m here to tell you the answer is Yes. Amanda took a lot of work off my plate for the day of and it allowed me to be more present, relaxed, and enjoy every aspect of my day without having to “be the person in charge” I promise you’ll love working with her as much as we did!

    I loved working with Amanda for our wedding and she was the one that stuck out to me the most when we first met her at the vendor meeting. She is very down to earth and was fantastic at keeping me accountable so everything got done in time for the wedding. There was some point during the wedding process where I hadn't followed back up with the baker or caterer because I had other commitments as a grad student. However, I never doubted that Amanda was on top of everything, and, sure enough, everything was perfect on our wedding day! She managed to wrangle all of the bridesmaids, groomsmen, and three flower girls through the rehearsal and down the aisle with expertise. As a bride, I really prioritized having someone dedicated to their work, someone who was just as involved as I needed them to be, and listened to mine and Christian's wants. While I don't think I will be getting married again, I fully recommend Amanda to any other couple's looking to get married and trying to find the best coordinator!
