Emma is the owner and lead coordinator of Coordinating by Emma, with Allison serving alongside her as a lead coordinator. Together, we create stress-free, seamless wedding days for couples across Northeast Ohio. As the in-house coordination team for Warehouse on the Canal, we are passionate about bringing wedding visions to life and ensuring every detail is handled with care. In 2027, we are excited to expand our services to Charleston and begin serving couples throughout the Lowcountry.

What sets us apart is our calm, detail-oriented approach and genuine passion for weddings. We focus on making every couple feel supported, stress-free, and fully present so they can enjoy every moment of their celebration with confidence and peace of mind.

I offer two packages depending on the support you’re looking for: Final Touches (Month-of Coordination) – $1,250 Most popular! We start working together a month out with a custom timeline, vendor coordination, rehearsal management, and full-day coverage. Day-of Coordination – $950 Best if you’ve planned everything and just need someone to execute. I’ll step in the week-of to manage vendors, handle setup, and make sure everything flows smoothly.

    From our first conversation with Emma and Allison, we knew we had found the right planner for our wedding. They communicated with us in such a kind and efficient way, always checking in to make sure we felt supported throughout the planning process. On our wedding day, Emma and Allison’s attention to detail and creative touches made everything flow seamlessly—they both anticipated our needs before we even asked and kept us feeling calm and cared for from start to finish. What really stood out was how they both went above and beyond to bring our dream to life, adding thoughtful details we never would have thought of on our own.     Book with Emma!

    My husband and I got married on May 23rd, 2026 at Warehouse on the Canal, and we originally were unsure if we wanted to hire any sort of coordinator for the day of. Looking back, we are so thankful that we booked with Emma and Allison for so many reasons. We loved that Emma works primarily for our venue, so she is very familiar with the flow of setup, situating vendors, and timeline suggestions. Going above and beyond, Emma took it upon herself to guide us through our rehearsal, directing our bridal party and giving us many helpful pointers. Throughout our wedding day, Emma and Allison were so calm, helpful, and attentive. Being more of a Type B bride, I was worried that they would have no idea what the decor should look like as it was all just thrown in boxes to bring to the venue, but they truly brought my vision to life. Not only was setup incredible, but teardown was a breeze, and they even made sure to help pack up and distribute food that was left over. With all of this being said, my husband and I only got to know Emma a few weeks before our wedding, but it is very apparent that she and Allison put a great deal of care into their work. They were a huge part in making the best day of our lives that much better. If you are on the fence about hiring a day-of coordinator- do it! It was one of the best decisions that we made for our wedding.

    Emma and her co-bridal assistant Alison were absolutely incredible. From the moment they stepped in, it felt like having two trusted friends by my side who just happened to be exceptionally talented at planning and coordinating a wedding. They handled every detail with such professionalism, warmth, and calm confidence that I never had to worry about a thing. As a bride, being able to fully enjoy the day without stressing over timelines, vendors, or logistics was truly priceless. Everything ran seamlessly, and any issues that arose were taken care of before I even knew about them. Their organization, communication, and genuine care made all the difference. I cannot recommend Emma and Alison highly enough!! They were one of the best investments we made for our wedding day. And they kindly took behind the scenes photos for me so I could see everything!!

    Coordinating- Stress Free!

    Working with Emma from Coordinating by Emma was such a joy from start to finish. She was the glue that held our entire wedding day together, managing all the vendor communication so we could actually enjoy ourselves instead of running around stressed. Emma's approachable and fun energy made planning feel less overwhelming, and her creative solutions to our unique requests showed just how dedicated she is to her craft.     Started out a stressed bride Emma turned it around

    I originally thought we could plan our wedding on our own but we actually had no idea what were doing! I was beginning to feel super stressed with anything that had to do with the wedding. When I had my first phone call with Emma to help us with the timeline and month of details I felt like I was on the phone with a good friend. She made me feel relaxed and excited about the wedding again. Any worry or question I had Emma made me feel 100% confident that it was all in her hands. I was now getting married with nothing to worry about except showing up, looking cute and having a good time. Emma stayed till the very end of the wedding and made sure not a single detail was missed. She was by my side guiding us the entire day. We had the most wonderful beautiful day and I feel so blessed that we found such a lovely, warm, and detail oriented coordinator. I couldn’t have asked for anything better. Thanks Emma!

Absolutely not! While we’re proud to be a preferred vendor at Warehouse on the Canal, we love coordinating weddings at venues throughout Ohio and South Carolina. We’re happy to travel and help bring your vision to life wherever your celebration takes place.
Lead coordinator assignments are finalized approximately one month before your wedding. Allison and Emma work together to divide weddings based on availability and scheduling to ensure each couple receives the best support possible. If your lead coordinator is known at the time of booking, we will be happy to let you know then.
We offer two coordination packages depending on the level of support you’re looking for. Our Day-of Coordination package is perfect for couples who have planned the details themselves and simply need a professional to step in during the final week and manage the wedding day. Our Final Touches (Month-of) package is ideal if you’d like more hands-on support leading up to the wedding, including timeline creation, vendor communication, rehearsal coordination, and full wedding day management.
