I love the beauty of nature, people, natural light, and raw emotion. Which is one of the things I am most proud of about the work I produce. I strive to capture the beauty of these things in my work each and every day. I started photography when I was in high school, and was instantly connected to the feeling of capturing memories that last forever. I have always been a creative mind, so finding a passion that makes me feel exactly where I am supposed to be is so rewarding.

I love to photograph weddings, engagements, and couples. No couple or love is the same, and I make it my goal to capture the unique essence of the most pure love between my couples in each session and wedding that I have the honor to shoot. I love getting to know all of my clients - I'm always down for a FaceTime call, or even better, let's meet up for a drink, on me! Either way, I can't wait to meet you and fall in love with your story!

Run, don't walk, to secure Rachel as your wedding or elopement photographer! My husband and I are BEYOND ecstatic with Rachel's work, and we haven't even received our full wedding gallery yet! She was so great to work with for our engagement shoot, and even better when it came to the wedding day. Rachel is very chill personality-wise, but works efficiently and quick when she is photographing. I think it probably took her 30 minutes max to do our engagement shoot which was great considering it was snowing and freezing out that day! She captured the best most magical photos, especially considering the weather, and we were so excited for the actual wedding after our initial session. She even delivered our full engagement gallery only days after the session, not to mention she was sick and managed to crank them all out in that time frame! The actual wedding day was the same, if not better, experience. Rachel made sure to listen to both mine and my now husband's requests and direction and coordinated the family photos with such ease and professionalism. She really is a photographer, hype woman and sidekick all in one! It never felt awkward shooting with her which was something both me and my husband were worried about since we had never had professional photos taken before. If you are going to work with Rachel, do not worry about being awkward at all! She puts you at ease and makes you feel like you're just hanging out with your person. Rachel sent a bunch of preview photos a few days after the wedding and we are over the moon with them! I wasn't expecting to receive so many, but was definitely pleasantly surprised. We had a fun time sharing the photos with our family and friends and received the BEST feedback - everyone loves them and is so impressed! We seriously can't wait to receive the full gallery and re-live the most amazing day all over again! Thank you for being so talented and just an awesome person Rachel. We will be shouting your name from the rooftops to anyone seeking a wedding photographer in the future!

Rachel is such a wonderful photographer and amazing person to work with. We combed through soooo many photographers to find someone whose photos were both well-shot and well-edited, and we could not be happier with our choice. She went above and beyond to take beautiful engagement photos of us in the cold, and then did an absolutely phenomenal job with photos at our wedding -- even finding a super close location nearby to get amazing photos of the two of us. She was fun and comfortable to work with, we love our photos even more than I thought could be possible, and I have no doubt she'll continue to do amazing work!

Rachel was beyond amazing-from the moment I reached out to her about being our photographer to the day she delivered our gallery to us. Typically, couples book me about 13 months before their wedding date. I encourage you to reach out as soon as possible about my availability, even if you’re planning on a shorter time frame.

No, my editing style is what makes me stand out in a very saturated market, as well as a huge reason why you are choosing me! None of the photos you see on my website are un-edited. Editing is huge part of the magic that brings my photos to their finish, and it is something I've been working years to perfect (and still am).

The number of images you receive can change from package to package. I don't do is set restrictions on the number of images you receive. Now this doesn't mean that you will get every single image I take but I promise to deliver the best images to you, and to make sure that you have more than enough photographs that you will cherish forever!

I require a 30% deposit of the total session/package cost at the time of signing your contract. The remaining 70% is due 4 weeks before weddings. I do offer payment plans in increments of 3 or 4 if that is something that is needed!

This really depends on the time of year, but for regular sessions it usually takes 4 weeks or less and weddings take about 8 weeks or less! I take my time with each image and the collection as a whole, so I want to make sure you are getting exactly what you and the photos deserve!

I provide a styling guide with every client before their scheduled session. These are guidelines and tips for how to dress and what to pair together.

In the unfortunate scenario that you need to cancel or reschedule any type of shoot (wedding or non-wedding), the original deposit is [by law] non-refundable. I try my hardest to work with my clients on this, but in most scenarios a new deposit will need to be made if you are rescheduling.

I do! Just let me know if your venue requires a certificate of liability, and I’ll send that over to them.

My turnaround time varies by season. But my standard timing is that you’ll be able to view your photos on your online gallery about 6-8 weeks after your wedding day, often times less. You are able to share, order prints, and download all photos from your day directly from the link you will receive!

No, I prefer focusing on photography only, so you can get the best wedding pictures possible! However I know a few super amazing videographers I can refer you to!
