It is the biggest honor to photograph your wedding. Your wedding is a day you hope to remember for the rest of your life and I don’t take my role as a wedding photographer lightly. Whether you’re a newly engaged couple looking for a photographer for your wedding or just an engagement session I have something for you! The best moments on your wedding day are the unexpected, intimate moments.

    I will post and gush about Katey as a photographer for forever. She has been a WONDERFUL woman to work with. When I first posted looking for a photographer - instead of pitching me on the phone, we met on a video call - talked about me, my wedding vision, and I never felt any pressure from her. ( I knew on the call I wanted her but what is life without a little suspense) Since then she has been a dream. She is SO communicative, she has been flexible, and it was so comfortable to be photographed by her. Besides having the actual BEST experience - both in how she worked to make it comfortable for everyone (me and my husband) and then (me and all of our families on the day of). she is also a KILLER photographer - I will always always always refer back to her incredible skill with how she photographed my day. She truly has her own vision for capturing all of (and ofcourse the best) moments in a wedding. I cannot say enough nice things about Katey. ** funnily enough my sister in law got married about two weeks before me and ended up liking Katey's pictures in our wedding better than her own. So if you read nothing but my last sentence - you will truly love working with Katey - your pictures will turn out incredible and it will be such a great and natural experience.

    Katey was such a pleasure to work with!. From the very start of viewing her photo gallery and the recommendation from our wedding venue, I knew I had to reach out. Katey was extremely professional, kind, and exceeded my expectations. She created a timeline for our special day for our pictures and we felt extremely comfortable during our wedding day photos. We received our sneak peaks fairly quickly and our wedding portraits came back super fast as well. Our wedding pictures are breathtaking and timeless. Memories that we will have for years to come. Katey literally didn’t miss a single detail. Weddings are beautiful but it takes a talented and very special photographer to capture photos that will last a lifetime. We hope to work with her again in the future.

    Katey was great to work with. She is so sweet and made sure to capture everything we wanted and more. She took our engagement and wedding photos as well as my bridal portraits. Sneak peeks and full albums were returned quickly, and the photos couldn’t have been better. I would absolutely recommend Katey Vaughan Photography!
