I'm born and raised in Houston, and have been serving the area since 2016. I started out as a portrait photographer and fell in love with wedding photography after my first gig shooting for another photog. I'm also passionate about music as a guitarist, and now most important of all, being a husband and father to my wife and daughter. Art has always been a part of my life in some way or another, be it drawing, music, and photography, and I couldn't imagine my life with out it, or being able to create it.

As a photographer, i see the world in terms of light and emotion. Being a successful photographer means finding a way to capture those two together in a creative and unique way. Seeing such beautiful, heartfelt moments between a couple on their day is so inspiring to me, and it gives me so much joy to not only witness, but capture it in a meaningful way. I use light to help tell that story and convey the mood and emotion of that moment through a photograph.

    Josh captured beautiful photos during our engagement shoot and our wedding, and every photo turned out to be stunning. Josh is easy to communicate with; prior to the engagement shoot, we had a call to discuss my ideas for the photos and coordinate plans for the day. Besides the time we were doing staged photos, I honestly don't remember seeing him during the wedding, yet somehow he perfectly captured every moment. I would recommend him as photographer to any of my friends or family!

    Josh was an amazing photographer. He took the time to listen to what we wanted and was able to make his own decisions to direct us when we didn’t know what we wanted. We were pretty low maintenance and let Josh guide a lot of the photos and we ended up with a lovely curated collection of photos - and there were SO MANY. I don’t have any “oh I wish I had that photo” thoughts because they’re all just there. Josh really helped us in being organized, suggesting what to do, and getting everything right because we needed that help. He was also one of the easiest vendors to work with. Very simple paperwork and set up and he answers emails quickly. We’re both extremely happy with the photos and are struggling not to put all of them up on our walls (would that be conceited?) so we may need a book.
