My first wedding day to capture was two years after I had started freelancing; a day I will never forget, Valentine's Day, 2014, in Hot Springs, AR. Little did I know how my focus would shift from that day forward. In the past seven years since then, I am honored to have captured more than three-dozen weddings. It never fails that each of those days are full of such unique beauty and character, but most importantly, they are full of loving memories of a lifetime.

My passion is rooted in photojournalism and visual arts. That means I want to catch what’s real, in the moment, and beautifully raw. Then, I take those precious moments and fine-tune them to showcase what a magical day you had through visual storytelling that can be shared and passed those down through generations. Those passions have “married” (Get it? I’ll stop now) my drive to use my abilities to capture the true feeling and essence of one of the most monumental days in someone’s life: their wedding day.

As a pro DJ and MC in the Dallas market for almost 15 years now, I've worked with very few people on any side of our industry who've impressed me like Jackie has. She goes above and beyond what you'd ever expect from someone who's job it is to simply take pictures. Yes, she DOES capture stunningly gorgeous compositions like those you see attached here from the first event we worked together... but that's only half the story. It's how she handles people that truly puts her in a class by herself. This lady is a gem of a human being, and it shows in her every interaction with clients, guests, and fellow vendors. This is truly a huge part of being able to get you the images you dream of on your big day, or whatever occasion you might be celebrating, because a photographer who can't communicate well will never be able to line up as many great shots, or help set the right vibe to create those ideal conditions in the first place. Jackie has this in spades! I can't tell you how great I feel as a teammate on someone's celebration when I see my company will be collaborating with Jackie's. She's gone out of her way for us numerous times, and we're not even her clients! I can only imagine the way those who've actually paid her to document the biggest days of their lives must feel. Actually, I don't have to imagine it... plenty of them have also chimed in and said the same about their experiences! Jackie is creative, super talented, and has a personality most other photographers (or event entertainers, for that matter) would die for. Take a look at what she's captured for other clients, and take my word when I say this is a truly special individual you need on your team. Jackie will deliver everything you hope for from a photographer, and then some!

Jackie was absolutely amazing! So communicative and easy to work with. Addressed all concerns before the wedding and was super quick with sending our previews over which was absolutely gorgeous! She’s so talented and has such an eye… case in point, I decided last second after the reception that I wanted a picture of me and my husband under my veil, told her about it, and she took one of us in the parking lot outside our reception venue. I don’t know about you, but if I took this pic in the same setting, I’d be embarrassed to even show anyone. I was absolutely SHOCKED at how this photo turned out and actually is one of my favorites!

Jackie is literally the best photographer we’ve ever worked with. She’s been a part of our little family from the very start. From our wedding, our reception, and maternity photos. Her style is very unique, and that’s what drove my husband to seek her out originally. Jackie is highly trained in many different schools of photography (food, real estate, wedding, portrait, etc), so she’s developed a style all her own. It’s not just photo journalism, it’s dramatic. My bridals were light and airy while our reception photos were dark and intimate. It was better than what we could have asked for! She was able to handle our ginormous family, and made time for everyone! Jackie herself is a sweet and caring individual. She remembers her clients forever down the line, and she’s just as sweet a year or two later as when she first met us. I promise, when you choose Jackie, you choose a professional who knows EXACTLY what to do and how to do it. You also choose someone who is a part of your family from day one!
