I earned a Bachelors Degree in Nutritional Science from UW-Madison (Go Badgers!), but found a deeper passion for photography once my first baby arrived. I was born and raised in a small little central Wisconsin town (Marathon) and have a passion for spending time outdoors during all of the Wisconsin seasons. For this reason, I am an on-location photographer specializing in outdoor, natural light photography.

A simple photo of you can say so many things. A glance, a touch, a smile - these are all things that can make a picture represent you. It takes a special skill, a special understanding, a special relationship between a photographer and client. As a professional photographer, I understand the importance of knowing what your photos need to reflect to show the world who you are. I work with each couple that I photograph to capture their unique personality in a photo. A picture is a simple thing; just a collection of pixels arranged in a way that's recognizable. But a photograph by me, that's completely different: it's a true reflection of you.
