Why do I take photos? Well I’m glad you asked! When I was a teenager I was thrown from one of my horses and lost my long term memory. Thankfully my father was into photography and I notice that looking back at family photos helped to trigger my memory! With the fear of hitting my head and potentially loosing my memory again, I started taking photography classes and was obsessive about taking photos. Whenever I take photos for a client I remember how important it was to my recovery to have images of my life.

I have had the privilege of also working as a wedding coordinator in the past which comes in handy in SO MANY ways! And unlike most photographers I am an extrovert so I have no problem directing family members during the oh so stressful family photo time of day and getting the attention of a large bridal party to help keep everything on schedule.

    Elyse did an amazing job from our engagement photos to our wedding day. She was organized, helpful and made everything on our wedding day flow easily. We love our photo library and the many amazing photos we have to choose from will be cherished for years to come. We love the light, airy, style she has for weddings with a natural feel!

    Elyse is the best. She is great with directing you into the perfect pose, always making sure you are show your best self. Her photography is natural and bright. I chose her for all our family photos and business photos because her editing and photography is timeless. She is great at getting everyone's attention and keeps things moving. Friendly, personable, reliable, basically every positive word describes Elyse and her photography! It's always hard to pick favorites when we get our galleries!
