To ensure availability and allow ample time for planning, we recommend booking your wedding photography session with Cherish the Moment Photography 6-9 months in advance. This timeline helps us to prepare thoroughly and ensures that we can provide the highest level of service for your special day. However, if your wedding is sooner, please don't hesitate to contact us as we may still have availability. Flexibility is one of the things that makes us unique.

Do you work with assistants or other photographers?

Will you edit all our pictures?

Definitely. All final images will be edited for color, saturation, exposure, and sharpness to ensure they look beautiful. I also offer retouching services like blemish removal and teeth whitening at no additional charge. For an additional charge, complex special requests and background object removal as well as photo restoration are offered.

Do you also offer video services?

No, I prefer focusing on photography only, so you can get the best wedding pictures possible.

How long will it take to see our pictures?

My turnaround time varies by season. Typically, you’ll be able to view your photos online about 14 days after your wedding.

How many pictures will we get?

You can expect about 100 to 220+ edited images depending on major factors like your wedding package, number of guests, venue type, and many others.

Do you have insurance?

I do! Just let me know if your venue requires a certificate of liability, and I’ll send that over to them.

What’s your back-up plan if you can’t photograph our wedding as planned?

Refund Policy: In the event that no suitable replacement photographer can be arranged or if the replacement option is not satisfactory to you, a full refund of all deposits and payments made for the photography services will be issued. Should a situation arise where I, Olivia, cannot attend your wedding, we will do our utmost to find a qualified replacement photographer who matches the style and quality you expect from Cherish The Moment Photography. If you agree to proceed with the replacement photographer, the terms of the original contract will transfer to the substitute photographer to ensure service continuity.
