This is us

Unlike many husband and wife photography teams, we were not high school sweethearts. We also didn’t know each other in college, or even live in the same country when we fell in love with photography. Instead, we started as friendly competitors. It took about four years until that competition turned into something more than discussing tricks of the trade. Eventually, we won each other over and joined forces.

After about 30 years of being in this industry, we know the flow of a wedding like it’s our first language. And there is nothing we love more than rising to a challenge. Worried rain will ruin your pictures? We’ve got you covered. We know how to make the most of every situation and how to work with what we have. Worried your mom won’t be able to smile without looking like she’s angry? We’ll help her relax and get her laughing.

    We had a great initial phone call with Gaby and decided to book Gaby and David for our engagement shoot. There was constant communication and we loved their attitude leading up to the pictures. Our engagement shoot was so much fun and it allowed us to relax and lean into their advice. The pictures turned out beautiful and we can't wait to have them at our wedding! Highly recommend

    I don't even know where to begin!! Benoit and McCarthy were such a dream to work with from the very beginning - they got back to us very quickly, were able to answer all of our questions, got us SO excited for our wedding, and were there every step of the way. We worked mainly with Gaby, she is so incredible!! She was so collaborative, and so lovely to work with. We did our engagement photoshoot with her as well which was so much fun! She made our entire wedding day so magical and fun, and went out of her way to make us so happy. Our families loved them too!! The photos were beyond our imagination, they came out perfect. Cannot imagine a more dream team!!

    We worked with Benoit and McCarthy for both our engagement and wedding photos and could not recommend them more. Gaby and David were incredibly organized and professional, and so fun to work with! They made our wedding day go so smoothly, helping with the schedule and making sure we had the best locations to shoot. Our whole wedding party loved working with them as well and appreciated how comfortable they made everyone feel in front of the camera. They are also extremely experienced and were very familiar with our venue and all of the other vendors we were working with, which made for a seamless experience. We received all of our wedding photos much quicker than we had anticipated and were SO thrilled with how they came out. Highly recommend for weddings or any other special photos!
