Our salon is currently made up of 7 incredible stylists 2 estheticians and 2 nail technicians. We are closely knit and everyone on the team is essential in helping our owner, Lauren, to reach her vision. Our culture is creative, inspired and most of all a place to recharge. Each individual brings their own experience, individuality, and servant mindset that we encourage each to develop. We also house a highly sought-after bridal team of makeup artists and hairstylists that travel on location throughout the year. Working on this team is an option when joining our tribe!

Thrive Salon and Spa is located in the heart of Champaign where our stylists enjoy a strong flow of business, a beautiful modern salon space, fresh, sustainable retail lines, and a back bar. Drinks are currently available but other refreshments will be available for clients when we move into the next phases of reopening the state due to Covid-19. We do offer access to all things PPE-related to keep you safe and healthy at work.

    Lauren was so kind and provided great services over and over again. She has been so fun to work with and she even did my AMAZING makeup for my boudoir shoot! She never disappoints and always does a great job while also making you feel so beautiful and confident. Highly recommend!

    I worked with Thrive for my September 2023 wedding and the owner Lauren helped me prepare months in advance as well by providing cut, color, and extension services. Shelby did make up and hair for my wedding day and was amazing. She did a great job and was also fun to talk to all day and helped me feel relaxed during a crazy busy day! Lauren did a great job helping me prep for my wedding and I am grateful that she was able to help me out with my hair so I was ready to go on the day of. Lauren even came by on my wedding day to help with my extensions which I appreciated!
