    Crystal has been accused of unethical and deceptive practices, involving thousands of dollars taken from brides and several artists. She markets her services as a solo artist then sends out random artists to fulfill bookings after collecting full payment through promotional "special sales." Reports claim she frequently overbooks herself, prioritizing higher-paying clients while neglecting others, resulting in no-call, no-shows. For larger wedding parties, Crystal hires artists to assist, leaves midway through the event, and then fails to pay these assistants, ghosting them afterward. Over the years, more than 20 artists have shared similar experiences, highlighting a pattern of dishonesty and non-payment. Additionally, her public apology in the news article that was published about her scam is insincere, not written by her, and fails to address refunds for brides. Many brides and artists have been waiting 1 years for payments or refunds, contradicting her claims of resolving these issues. Despite stating financial difficulties, Crystal continues to book multiple weddings, retains all the money, avoids paying taxes by operating without a registered business, and shows no accountability. Her actions have left numerous artists struggling to cover their own bills, with no regard for the financial impact on others. This behavior is unethical and damaging to the industry. Proceed with caution and consider alternative professionals when booking services.

    Do not trust Crystal- she will steel all of your wedding money if she can and leave you high and dry come wedding day. She was finally caught in the news. Shouldn’t ever be trusted with your special day

    DO NOT BOOK LuxC Beauty Co. for your wedding! They have a terrible reputation for nonexistent communication and have apparently booked tons of brides only to disappear when their wedding day arrives. I can't say anything about the quality of their work or value since we never actually got to experience it. There is a huge scandal going on right now with this vendor, so save yourself the headache and find a more reliable beauty team for your special day.

    Do not book with this vendor! She is a scam. Multiple brides have come forth stating she ghosted them and never provided the services. I booked with her and paid in full. When I started reading all the posts about this makeup artist I reached out to her asking if this was true, with no surprise, she did not respond. I asked her for a full refund and still no response.
