Bixby + Pine began in 2014 officially, but unofficially YEARS before that as three best friends planned everything with intense detail--birthday parties, carnivals, talent shows, and everything in between. B+P couples are people who value experiences and relationships, above all else.

B+P isn't just a company or a brand, it's an extension of who we are, as humans, which means our personal thoughts, beliefs, and philosophies bleed over into our business thoughts, beliefs, and philosophies. At the core of who we are, we value relationships and experiences most--and it's kinda perfect that we fell into weddings, because they're basically experiences to celebrate relationships. At the top of our priority list is the experience you two have planning your wedding, your guests' experience on your wedding day, and your experience (and ability) to soak in every single moment (cuz it's gonna go so fast).

Booking the Bixby Pine team will be the best decision you make during the wedding planning process. These ladies put together the wedding of my dreams with nothing but a Pinterest board & my excited word vomit of visions, details I love & inspiration to run with. They somehow balanced the simple, clean aesthetic my (now) husband prefers with the colorful, whimsical, maximalist vision I had in my brain. They handled the different personalities and priorities of my passionate family while still ensuring my needs & wants were paramount. If there was a single hiccup at the wedding, we didn’t see or hear about it because they handled everything so well. I felt so present at my wedding because I could fully trust them with every detail. Every time me or my (very detail oriented) sister/maid of honor brought an idea or concern up to them, they were already 10 steps ahead of us with solutions. They kept better track of my vision than I did, and would (often) remind me of something I noted or requested in earlier meetings and made sure it was all still on track. Throughout the planning process, we ran into some tricky hurdles with the venue— Tay & Jordan presented us a few different options for solutions in a range of budgets to ensure we still got our dream day. It’s not often you find a planner that can handle BOTH the project management/logistics AND the design details so perfectly— they truly are a special team! WA Wedding Day Best Designer of 2024 for a reason!! On top of how spectacular they are, they have relationships with the most amazing vendors. Every vendor they recommended to us was incredibly talented & we were so happy with our entire wedding day team. It can be hard to trust a team you just met with such an important day, but my advice to anyone wanting to work with Tay & Jordan would be to TRUST THEIR EXPERTISE. Our wedding day couldn’t have been more perfect, and we truly couldn’t have done it without them. We are going to miss working so closely with them but will be stalking their instagram daily to see what incredible events they put together in the future!

My partner and I had a very clear vision of what we wanted for our wedding going into planning. We found an amazing venue that fit the vibe we were looking for, but it was an empty venue with no tables, chairs, staff, lighting, etc. We were so lucky that to find Bixby Pine, because not only have they worked at our venue before, but also understood our vision straightaway. I am very type A and anxious, so when it came to planning I liked to have everything done on the early side. Shortly after we teamed up with BP, we had selected our photographer, florist, and decided where we would get our stationary from. BP provided wonderful suggestions for vendors and many of the ones we choose for our wedding, BP had worked with previous and it helped everything run smoothly. They made me feel so comfortable about how the day would run, and set up everything beautifully. They also helped figure out the best way to handle a sensitive situation that came up with one of our guests. One of the things my partner and I were not prepared to plan when we booked an empty venue space, was arranging all the clean up and trash removal. BP took care of that without us having to worry about it at all. I am so happy we had them to help us plan and coordinate our day.

Bixby Pine are simply the absolute BEST people you could possibly hire for both wedding planning and floral design. First, about the planning: these ladies are insanely organized, and they do more behind-the-scenes work than anyone ever even realizes. Soon after we got engaged, I got the crazy idea in my mind that I wanted to have our wedding at a state park, where our guests could camp overnight. But I wanted the wedding to still feel classy and elegant at the same time. A lot of people didn’t even think it was possible for my vision to become a reality- which it would NOT have been, had I not made the incredibly wise decision to hire Bixby Pine over a year before our wedding! Taylor, Jordan and Ashley go absolutely above and beyond to bring your wedding vision to life. For example, when I described what I imagined for a seating chart wall, I did not expect that the ladies of Bixby Pine would literally BUILD a custom seating chart wall out of wooden slats to make my vision come to life. No matter how stressed I got during the wedding planning process, the ladies of Bixby Pine always reassured me that I was not crazy and that everything would be taken care of. And it was—so much more than I ever even expected. Here’s another example of how ON IT the ladies of Bixby Pine are: I found out the day AFTER the wedding that one of our wedding guests (a 60-year-old family friend, mind you) had projectile vomited on the floor of the reception multiple times. On the day of the wedding, though, I literally had no idea that had even happened. Taylor, Jordan and Ashley had just HANDLED IT (and everything else) so competently, and ensured that our wedding day totally exceeded all of our expectations and was truly the very best day of our lives. Second, about the floral design: SO. FREAKING. GOOD. Again, Taylor, Jordan and Ashley made my vision come to life in the most amazing way imaginable! I explained to them my vision for creating large greenery hoops to hang above the head table for our reception- and when I walked into the reception space, THERE THEY WERE! The exact greenery hoops of my dreams! Not only did Taylor, Jordan and Ashley totally deliver when it came to making my floral visions a reality, they also surprised me by adding in an additional floral garland to decorate the outside of a tent we were using for a pre-ceremony reception as a GIFT. Reason number one billion why these guys are simply THE BEST. Long story (not) short: do yourself a favor and hire Bixby Pine for your wedding planning, coordination, AND florals. They are the cream of the crop and I love them forever!

We are so happy we chose Bixby Pine for our wedding! We booked them for florals and day of coordination and they were amazing to work with. Emily came to our rehearsal the day before to coordinate and made it fun and kept things organized! On our wedding day, everything turned out just like we imagined and the Bixby Pine team taking care of everything allowed us to relax and enjoy the day. We especially loved how the florals turned out, they understood our vision and made everything look so special! Thank you, Bixby Pine gals!!
