Yoshi’s opened its doors in 2001 and has been Utah’s local teriyaki joint ever since. Owner Eddee Johansen has a serious love for creating some of the most delicious food around. Our rice bowls take inspiration from Mexico, Japan, India, and many other parts of the world. Our food trucks are known for delicious tempura that we serve all over the Utah valley. Describing what we do isn’t hard, but it definitely doesn’t do it justice. So give us a call, visit our restaurants, check out our food trucks, and you will know what we are all about!

We say we cater from 10 to 10,000, and we aren't kidding. We always work to make sure our customers get what they need and work with them so that it fits their budget. From University of Utah football games, to small intimate weddings we have done it all!
