We are passionate about working with couples to create menus that spark excitement! Dining Innovations was started in 2008 and has been serving Asheville & the surrounding Western North Carolina region with pride ever since.
From start to finish, you will be interacting with a team that has passion, knowledge and years of experience in Fine Dining and the service & food industry. We set ourselves apart by catering to not only your guests, but to you and your loved ones with attention; staff members dedicated to the 'Star Couple' will ensure you don't go hungry (or thirsty) on your big day.

Absolutely the best!
Dining Innovations was amazing! The food was absolutely delicious! I cannot stress how good it was! Caroline took wonderful care of us and made sure everything was exactly the way we wanted it. The tasting was a fantastic experience as well. The chef came out to ask questions about any changes/requests we had to make sure everything was perfect on our wedding day. I very highly recommend hiring Dining Innovations!!
