I'm Chef Walter F. Busconi Lage. I started my career more than 20 years ago. I worked in various kitchens during this journey, from small Diners, family-owned restaurants, Country Clubs, and 5* Hotels. I have professionally prepared myself during this marvelous path by earning diplomas in Gourmet Cooking and Catering. I come from a mixed family from Italy and France; therefore, my roots are present in my food. Having many years of experience and knowing culinary techniques is very important. However, there is something I learn from my mother and my grandmother. It is the secret ingredient that makes delightful dishes: COOKING WITH LOVE!
