Welcome! Allow me to introduce myself: My name is Jean Michael. Born and raised in Port-Au-Prince, Haiti. From this beautiful Caribbean island, I moved to the United States in late 2005 to start a new career. I gained my passion for cooking when I was a little boy who loved to enjoy my mom's delicious meals. She taught me the basic skills, and let me assist while cooking her amazing family dinners. Graduate from Auguste Escoffier Culinary School, I've earned a degree and pursued my dream. When I turned 22, I've officially started working in the culinary industry. Ever since I got to know several kitchens and levels of cooking.

I've worked with many great chefs, like one of my mentors Chef Asif who owns 21 species. I love to treat my customers with delicious dishes from local ingredients, also tell them the story behind the ingredients. I am a passionate Chef, who loves to share my passion for food with others and introduce them to Caribbean Cuisine. By cooking for you, my main focus is to provide the best for you and your guests by giving you a culinary treat! Looking forward to meeting you in person and planning a culinary journey together.
