Hey Y’all! My name is Rachel Frey, I am the owner of Dough Darling. I started my business in March of 2022 based in Central Florida. I have always had a passion for cooking and baking. I was always the “designated family chef” and hosted all of our gatherings. I decided to share my passion for baking with my community. My husband and I moved to Middle Tennessee in 2023, where I reopened and have been overwhelmed with love and support. I craft every dessert with love. I look forward to working with you and bringing your dessert visions to life!

I don’t see my clients as wallets. I truly enjoy being a part of their lives and special occasions! I have made lifelong friendships from my baking. I am very flexible, attentive, and willing to go above and beyond to provide a beautiful and delicious creation.
