    My wife and I were looking for wedding cakes about 2-3 weeks prior to our wedding reception at 49th State Brewing in Anchorage, AK, and we came across Carolina and her Alaska Wedding Cake Boutique. We sent her an email, and she responded very promptly. Carolina was great with providing communication on cake sizing and prices based on our head count for our reception. We decided to go with the 2-tier Earl Grey wedding cake, and we were extremely happy with our choice! The cake came out beautifully and it was one of the best wedding cakes we have ever tasted. All of our guests had similar sentiments about the cake as well! We really appreciate Carolina being willing to bake our cake on short notice, and she did an amazing job.
