This trailer is petite and can be maneuvered most places within reason. Her unique design not only allows for come and go service from the main window, but also features a custom wood, wrap-around bar for those who want to sit and stay a little longer. Our goal is to make your day effortless so you can wholeheartedly soak in every magical moment.

    We cannot recommend the Tahoe Mobile Bars team enough. They're a husband and wife team and have gone above and beyond to make our wedding frictionless in every way. Ahead of our wedding day, we coordinated with them to select our bar menu and signature cocktails and had the option of a private tasting with a couple of friends. Their calculation for the number of different drinks needed for our 130 guests was spot on; we barely had any leftovers. They were also extremely professional in their bar service on our wedding day, decorated the adorable bar cart to fit in with our decorations, and helped us coordinate with other vendors. All in all, they were one of our absolute favourite wedding vendors!

    We hired Tahoe Mobile Bars to serve coffee and tea at our daughter's and new-son-in-law's post wedding brunch. Imagine our daughter's surprise to see a beautiful horse trailer converted into a coffee bar - she is a former horse owner. The owners were detail oriented - helping us plan what they would serve, who would provide the supplies, the setup time, etc. They arrived on time, set up the coffee bar, put all the mugs out (which we had provided as party favors to our guests), and were ready to go. Ashley used our coffee maker in our home to make the decaf coffee but purchased the coffee from a local high quality coffee cafe. The regular coffee was purchased already brewed and kept hot in stainless steel carafes. We were very happy with the service, the owners communicated via text to confirm all the details in advance, and the coffee bar added some great pizzazz to our event. We highly recommend this business.
